To be able to understand the Pilates and Yoga technique, feel and see a difference you need to commit to at least 3 months as its never an over night fix as your body has to adjust to a new way of working. This is why all our intro monthly 1/2 price packages continue after the first month for a further 2 months. You can however cancel it  with a months notice if it really isn’t for you.
