We offer a full range of pregnancy services all from fully qualified seasoned practitioners that have all had their own little ones and been through the birthing and being a parent experience.

Our Pregnancy Pilates and Pregnancy Yoga classes are set in a beautiful light calm studio with all the equipment you need waiting for you when you arrive.

We offer Pregnancy massage, Reflexology, Acupuncture and Hypnobirthing.

Our Post natal classes and daytime classes are all designed for you to bring your baby to, we love to meet the little ones and have a cuddle so you can have an hour for you.

We specialise in Diastasis Recti and have special techniques to aid this recovery for your abdominals.

Pre natal exercise

We offer Pregnancy Movement classes which combine Pilates and Yoga techniques that allow you to have the best of both practices in one session.

Post natal exercsie

At a Balanced Life we specialise in increasing energy levels, body awareness and support for our new Mums.

If you haven’t had your abdominals checked for the separation then please come and see us as we have specialised techniques to help close this gap and loose your mummy tummy.
