No longer invincible… Let us help you restore the balance.

99% of the time injuries are caused by muscular imbalances and repetitive strain. The ABL method will strengthen your muscles the way nature intended, improving core strength, flexibility and mobility. At the end of the day you are only as young as your spine is flexible.

Phyiso’s/Osteo’s/Chiro’s and doctors all recommend Pilates for pain patients.

We have experience with a wide range of conditions so please contact us for your free consultation to find out more.

Sports Enhancement

From dancing to boxing to horse riding to golf, football to netball, running and swimming. The techniques ABL uses will release muscular limitations, stiffness, create greater power and make you perform with more endurance and agility.

We work with professional sports individuals and also those who enjoy their preferred sport at their leisure.

Our nutritionist is also on hand to provide you with the correct dietary needs you require.

Pilates is suitable and adaptable for any age

Our oldest client is currently 82. We adapt classes for those who might not be able to get up and down from the floor or just want to focus on specific areas that will keep them feeling mobile and active.

If your spine is inflexibly stiff at 30 you are old. If it is completely flexible at 60 you are young! Joseph Pilates 1939

Movement for Children

As children grow, their bodies are in a constant state of change and development.

Correctly or incorrectly it is here where they will formulate the physical attributes that will carry them through life. Posture, the way they walk, the way they bend over,

Pilates and Yoga can help establish correct principles of movement that children will use for their entire lives. It will also create a balanced musculature that can alleviate pain and reduce the potential for injury now and as they continue to grow into adulthood.

A strong trunk or core conserves their energy and allows them to be more attentive and grounded.

Why choose ABL Studio for your Pilates & Yoga?

We understand that variety is the spice of life and that one glove doesn’t fit all. So we offer a personalised service, with support and challenges to get you where you want to be.

We have kept the traditional Pilates & Yoga technique alive using all the equipment and mat work but we have also introduced the new more modern equipment and techniques such as Barre, Aerial, Zen*Ga and the new exciting balanced body MOTR’s which will incorporate your cardio training.
