Autumn and Winter Workshops – At A Balanced Life Studio Loughton

We have put together 6 workshops that will cover “Head to Toe” aches pains, release, balancing and strengthening. 

The workshops will be delivered by Alex Considine and will last 90 minutes with an added 30 minutes for any teachers or physical practitioners added at the end for Q&A and CPD/Teacher development.

The investment for each workshop is £40 for clients and £50 for the added practitioner time.

Clients 90 mins – £35 per workshop £210 payable, sorry there are no refund options for the group bookings

Practitioner 120 mins – £45 per workshop £270 payable, sorry there are no refund options for the group bookings

Neck, Shoulders and Arms

This workshop will consist of release techniques, education on the specific area, rebalancing, strengthening and postural alignment.

When booking on to the workshops, we will email you and ask you what you would like to achieve from the session and if you have any injuries, aches or pains, this way we can tailor the content for the group.

Spine and Back

This workshop will consist of release techniques, education on the specific area, rebalancing, strengthening and postural alignment.

  • Sat 13th October 15:00 – 16:30 (17:00 for practitioners)

Hips

This workshop will consist of release techniques, education on the specific area, rebalancing, strengthening and postural alignment.

Pelvic Floor Health and Function

The Pelvic Floor has so many important roles and functions from Bladder control, postural support and Sexual satisfaction.

In this workshop we will be discussing, how to really engage it, what it entails and how to improve it.

Simple and fun ways to get it performing at its maximum.

We will be showing you how you can sneeze with ease! bounce on a trampoline and laugh without crossing your legs and increasing your orgasms!

Suitable for anyone who has had a baby or suffered from any form of Pelvic floor dysfunction.
