Our First Women’s Health talk is on Monday 30th April 19:30 all about the MENOPAUSE  pre, during and post.

Suitable and useful for anyone over 40, we are going to be talking and answering any questions or concerns you may have and also be giving you some great advice and support in terms of nutrition, exercise and general wellbeing
