Online Home Pilates Classes
Super friendly, challenging and supportive classes, all levels, abilities and ages welcome. 

We have created a way to keep you moving, safely and effectively.

30 minute classes easy for you to fit into your day.

The classes are live and are also recorded if you want to watch them back again.

Mon to Fri 8am, 2pm and 8pm

Sat 9am & 9:35am

Sun 8pm & 8:35pm

Online Sessions

30 minutes, which gives you no excuses to find the time to get on the mat.

Each session has a focus, however we do cover the whole body.

Doing a little bit every day or more than once a day you will really feel the benefits a lot quicker.

The program is £39 for the month and you and your household get to practise together.

Because these are online programs, they are not suitable for anyone with injuries and any kind of rehabilitation needs.
