    You will find it hard not to notice your improved posture and alignment, firmer buttocks, a flatter stomach, long lean arms and legs. This is just for starters.

    Pilates is a technique and its not something you can master straight away. Some clients go to one class, they do not get it and never return as they didn't feel the benefit, I hear this so often.

    You live in the most amazing functional machine, man is yet to replicate, however we are not given a handbook on how to use it. Working with me I will teach you how to get the most out of your body. We will un-wind any faulty movement patterns and then re-educate the correct ones. Providing you with strength, length, definition, flexibility and an increased sense of wellbeing.

    99% of the time injuries are caused by muscular imbalances and repetitive strain. We will strengthen your muscles the way nature intended, improving core strength, flexibility and mobility. At the end of the day you are only as young as your spine is flexible.

    Sports Enhancement

    My clients range from dancer's to boxer's to horse rider's to golfer's, footballer's, runner's and swimmer's. Using functional movements and the Pilates techniques we will release muscular limitations, stiffness, create greater power. Making you perform with more endurance and agility.

    We work with professional sports individuals and also those who enjoy their preferred sport at their leisure.

    I also work closely with a nutritionist therefore providing you with the correct dietary needs you require.

    I am currently training for the London Marathon find me in Moorgate for specific training tools for running


    Pilates is suitable and adaptable for any age

    My oldest client is currently 82 and that is not the limit. We adapt sessions for those who might not be able to get up and down from the floor. Focusing on specific areas that will keep them feeling mobile and active.

    Pre & Post Pregnancy


    A completely unique and special time in a woman’s life, where she nurtures, births and bonds with her baby. It is only right that there is a special program for each of these stages.

    There is a lot of contradicting information out there on what exercises are safe and what aren't safe during pregnancy. Most people talk about what is safe for the baby and this is of course non negotiable.

    The confusion is around what is safe for you. Your body is going through so many changes and what might be ok for your baby may not be great for you long term. We need to consider all those hormones running wild!

    I have been teaching pre and post natal Pilates, Yoga and movement for 14 years. I am so passionate about supporting your body through a healthy pregnancy and a swift recovery after.

    Furthermore I can teach you how to birth your baby naturally and calmly via breathing techniques, birthing positions. I have been trained in the  Katharine Graves Hypnobirthing technique.
