Private one to one classes are the most effective way to train, tone and develop your body.

In our Private sessions we can film exercise’s for you, that you can practise at home or some clients request holiday plans.

Duet classes use all of the Pilates equipment including cadillac, reformer, ladder barrel, wunda chair, spine corrector and more.

A personal plan will be created for you to ensure you get the best out of each and every class.

Duets have the focus and attention of one to one classes but for two people. You can share the class with a friend, family member or we can match you with an ABL client of ours who meets the same Pilates requirements.


We are proud of our group classes as we offer a personal touch to them, so you are not just a number as we tailor exercises and modifications to suit you.
You will be guided from our consultation and postural assessment as to what classes best suit your body and goals.
