Private sessions are not a luxury they are a necessity and an investment into your quality of life and ability to move pain free and keep your body as young as your mind!

Pilates is such a small word for the depth of the technique, its a personal journey of understanding how to get your body to the place you want it to feel and look.

In private sessions we can make every exercise specific to you, receive hands on corrections and manipulations to help the tissue and muscles to let go. You will have a tailored program to suit your needs and video exercises that you can take away to practise at home.

Appointment times can vary Monday to Friday and depends on location.

Back Care Support

As a back care specialist, there are not many back complaints I haven’t come across, but every day is a learning day!

Our classes are suitable for most back conditions, however please do contact us first so we can make sure we offer you the best advice and class to attend.

It is very common for people to use the term “you have a weak core” for us it is more about your complete muscle recruitment order than just your abdominals, so don’t be surprised if we work more on stabilising your pelvis and building leg and arm strength as it is about building firm foundations and structures for your back to then function to its optimum.

I have specialised in Pre/Post Natal and Women’s health for nearly 14 years now and its one of my favourite topic’s to study and to help women get through, as a Mum myself I am here to support you in anyway I can.

We do not offer any specific Mum and Baby Classes because I know its important for a Mum to find at least an hour for just them every week if not every other day! Some of our classes you can bring a baby too, however, please contact us if you cannot find childcare and we will advise the best class to attend.

We specialise in Diastasis Recti, Sciatic pain, Pelvic pain and general restoration of your body post birth.
