If you're new to Pilates or have tried group classes and wanted to find out more about Pilates or your body then private classes might be just the thing for you.  Whatever your aim Private sessions can be tailored to meet your needs, whether you are:

  • starting to learn about Pilates and increase your understanding of  your body;
  • adding Pilates as part of your sports specific training in preparation for an event or goal;
  • looking to address a specific ache, pain or rehabilitate from an injury;
  • seeking a quiet, relaxed space to exercise in private.

IMG_4851Working with a teacher on a one to one basis ensures the session format, style and exercises are personalised to suit your needs and objectives with feedback provided throughout the session.  This allows for greater progression and development and really are a must for anyone requiring individual attention.
